All parcels delivered via Colisdays are automatically insured by Allianz during their journey, against theft and any accidental damage.

Allianz insurance is included in the service charge. It is automatically activated as soon as when booking and payment are made on Colisdays.

On the other hand, if you send your goods without paying via the Colisdays website and a accident or theft occurs, you will not be covered. Payment on the site is a pledge for you and by wanting to bypass the site you are taking risks too important.

The guarantee applies on the condition that the goods are lawful, do not form part of Excluded goods (see the conditions of insurance) and have been adequately wrapped during transportation. It covers any accidental, unintentional, unforeseeable damage from an external cause; as well as theft.

Procedure for the declaration of loss (theft, loss or damage)

In the event of a claim, the event must be reported to us within 5 business days and the following information and the Withdrawal Voucher for the instruction of the file

  • First name, last name, and email address as indicated on the Colisdays website
  • Concerned (if possible, copy and paste the label you put on the site)
  • Narrative of the circumstances of the event
  • Date, place, nature and details of the damage
  • Photos of the damage suffered by the good (s) conveyed

Colisdays was founded by 3 young Senegalese entrepreneurs who have lived and worked in France for many years in new technologies.

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to provide access to and use of the Platform, published by Colisdays.com, available on its website at www.colisdays.com, and intended to in relation to persons for the purpose of transporting one or more property (s) for a commission.

Article 2: Purpose of the agreement

Colisdays is a trading company under Senegalese law. The purpose of the society is to gather and connect people who need to carry objects (the senders of objects) and the people who could carry them (travelers).

These travelers will receive an allowance on which Colisdays will deduct a commission.

Under no circumstances will Colisdays be considered as:

- A Traveler of goods or people

- A producer, importer or advertiser for these products

- A delivery company

- An internet advisor

Article 3: Recommendations and limitations concerning the transported article

It is the responsibility of the shipper and the traveler to ensure, prior to the conclusion of the agreement, that the transported article can be legally transported to the country of destination, as well as to the country of departure and any other country crossed during the trip.

Both parties shall also ensure that no article that may be transported by or for a user contains an article that may be prohibited or restricted in the country of destination.

Article 4: Access to the site and services

Colisdays.com and its services are accessible to any natural person having full legal capacity to engage under these terms and conditions. A natural person who does not have full legal capacity may only access the Site and the Services with the consent of his legal representative.

Article 5: Acceptance of general conditions

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is materialized as soon as the user completes the registration form. This acceptance can only be full and complete. Any membership subject to reservation is considered null and void. Users who do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions must not access the www.colisdays.com site or use their services.

Article 6: Booking and booking confirmation

The Shipper posts an Announcement on www.colisdays.com specifying the nature of the property, the place of departure, the place of arrival, the deadline for delivery of the object, the format, the photo of the property, an evaluation of the budget, including the costs of connection and participation in the expenses of the Traveler.

The Traveler proposes for an Announcement and declares himself willing to send the Good to the Shipper, specifying by private message on which date he makes the trip.

The Shipper confirms his agreement by making a payment online, exclusively by means of a credit card. The receipt of payment by Colisdays constitutes the Booking Confirmation. After the Booking Confirmation, the Shipper and the Traveler are irrevocably bound in particular by the application of the "Financial Provisions" below.

The Shipper and the Traveler are informed that the transaction is irrevocably concluded, by an email sent to the Shipper confirming the reservation, and an email sent to the Traveler informing him of the reservation. Any cancellation subsequent to this booking confirmation is governed by the terms and conditions set out in the section "Payment and costs in the event of cancellation" of these General Conditions.

The reservation is nominative. Both the Shipper and the Traveler must match the identity communicated to Colisdays.

Article 7: Insurance

Colisdays has subscribed with Allianz a property damage insurance policy. The flight is also insured. This insurance policy protects the owner of the property entrusted during, and only during, the removal of the property by the Traveler. In case of damage or theft, the property owner agrees to inform Colisdays within 5 working days.

Subsequently, Colisdays takes care of the management of the file with the Owner and, if necessary, with Allianz. The treatment modalities are specified on the website insurance information page.

The Traveler is obliged to check the nature of the goods conveyed during his journey, and in particular their lawfulness.

Article 8: Personal Data

Users undertake to ensure, as necessary, the updating of their personal data. Users undertake to ensure that their personal data is accurate, complete and unambiguous. At any time Users can access on www.colisdays.com, by means of their password and login, to their User Account containing all personal data provided to Colisdays during registration.

Article 9: Payment and costs in case of cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the shipper will be refunded the amount he has paid less the amount of the Relocation Fees. We therefore recommend that you agree with the traveler upstream via our internal messaging system, before proceeding with booking on www.colisdays.com

Article 10: Suspension, Cancellation and Termination of User Account

Colisdays reserves the right to suspend or even exclude any User who disregards all or part of these Terms.

The User who adopts a behavior contrary to the Terms will be informed of its suspension or exclusion by sending an email to the email address he has declared when registering

Article 11: Responsibility of Colisdays

It is understood that the website published by Colisdays.com is a simple Platform for connecting Users to each other. Colisdays.com is not party to any agreement between its Users. At no time does Colisdays.com interfere with travel, destinations and schedules. The members act under their sole responsibility. As such, the smooth running of the routing does not involve any liability attributable to Colisdays.com, for any reason whatsoever, whose object is limited to linking.

In the same way, Colisdays.com is not responsible in the cases where the Users would communicate erroneous information during their exchanges or on their User account. Colisdays.com is not responsible for any modification or cancellation of an agreement between Users. Users are solely and solely responsible for the nature of the objects transported through the platform and any damage they may cause; and must ensure the lawfulness and non-dangerousness of said objects.

These Terms are governed by Senegalese law.

In the internal mail, you can detail your request and negotiate directly with the traveler the terms of the shipment. The traveler is free to accept or refuse your offer.

You have planned a trip and you want to make your trip profitable. Simply register on Colisdays and save your trip by clicking on the "Submit your trip" button on the homepage.

You can then find all the information related to your trip (city and date of departure, city and date of arrival, means of transport used etc.). Your ad will be published, and you will only have to wait for senders to contact you to transport their parcels.

You can pay your Colisdays transaction by credit card or mobile payment if you live in Africa. All transactions are 100% secure.

If you can not pay by credit card on Colisdays, do not panic. You can pay with your mobile. Our mobile payment solution covers up to 36 African countries.

The commission is the sum of money collected by the traveler for the service rendered to the applicant. When creating the package announcement, the shipper offers a commission that he is free to negotiate later with the traveler so that it can make its trip profitable.

The commission is negotiated directly between the traveler and the applicant. This is a contribution to the traveler's transport costs.

To change the commission, simply go to your "my account" section, "my packages" section and change the rate indicated in your package ad. You can also do this during your booking process in "Change my tariff proposal"

Verifying your identity allows us to make our community safer so that everyone can send and transport their parcels with confidence.

To complete your profile, simply go to your "my account" section, "my profile" to check your phone number and submit your ID. Your profile will immediately go into "verified" status and you will be more likely to contact you.

Colisdays is remunerated through a service and linking fee. Colisdays will charge fees depending on the size of the package. Insurance in case of loss or theft is included for all transactions.

These management fees are used primarily to support the site and provide a good service to community members

Once the parcel delivered, go to your "Transfers" section and enter the booking code that the recipient has given you on delivery. If you have not received it, do not panic, you can contact our Customer Service via the Messenger Chat or by mail on contact@colisdays.com. The payment of your commission will be made within 7 working days given the delays of interbank transfers.

You can transfer the commission to your bank account by going to your "my account" area:

Procedure for the declaration of loss (theft, loss or damage)

In the event of a claim, the event must be reported to us within 5 business days and the following information and the Withdrawal Voucher for the instruction of the file

  • First name, last name, and email address as indicated on the Colisdays website
  • Concerned (if possible, copy and paste the label you put on the site)
  • Narrative of the circumstances of the event
  • Date, place, nature and details of the damage
  • Photos of the damage suffered by the good (s) conveyed
  • Photos of the property before moving
  • Initial purchase invoice of damaged or stolen property: the nature and quality of the supporting document depends on the amount of compensation that may be complete, partial or null (in the absence of evidence). The documents produced must be originals (invoice, receipt, photo or video of the property before the disaster ...),
  • Date of acquisition of the property.
  • Quote for replacement or repair of the property
  • In case of theft: the filing of a complaint.

We draw your attention to the fact that without all of these elements, we will not be able to process the claim for compensation.
